Internship PositionSpace Applications Services is looking for a motivated and dynamic Communication Assistant Intern to support our Communication team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech, international environment where innovation meets exploration.The candidate will mainly report to the Communication & Media Coordinator.
Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)

Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintain and update digital content on the intranet (SharePoint)
Support daily communication activities
Assist in:
Drafting, editing, and proofreading communication materials
Planning and coordinating internal and external events
Draft meeting minutes and concise summaries
Design and produce engaging visual content (images, videos, text, print, and digital)
Manage inventory of promotional materials and giveaways
Provide support at the front desk, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
Contribute to internal newsletters and social media content creation
Perform other communication-related tasks as required.
Considered as Assests
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
Skills in event organisation
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Strong copywriting and editing abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
A Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher).
Skills and Experience
Interest in the space sector (basic knowledge of space programmes and key players)
Experience or knowledge in B2B communication and marketing
French and/or Dutch proficient level
