There are real growth opportunities in the medium to long term.This is what you'll do at Gourmand Pastries:You are responsible for drawing up, analyzing and advising on the periodic results of a production/purchase P&L of both business units (Gourmand & Mexma). You ensure a correct representation of the financial position and thus provide a solid basis for management information of both business units. You discuss the results with the senior controller. You guide younger colleagues in their first steps in controlling.You support the annual budgeting process of both business units. You prepare the templates, consolidate the information received, support to gain the necessary insights into targets. You interpret received information and critically assess it.You participate in financial review meetings with operations and/or other stakeholders. You assist the senior controller with detailed analyses and clear conclusions/summary regarding production and purchase variances.You assist the production and purchasing department in strategic projects. You provide insights, help collect input and make clear analyses. When implementing new tools, you are part of the project team.You identify processes that are suboptimal. You map out the bottlenecks, you work on an improvement trajectory. After validation by the controlling manager, you initiate this project.
