Conducting legal research and analysis on various (corporate) law matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Preparing and maintaining corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes of the shareholders' meetings, and shareholder agreements
Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and corporate policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Supporting in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate finance
Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities, such as publication in the Belgian Official GazetteProvide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing (corporate) calendars
Staying up-to-date on changes in (company) law and relevant regulations

Do you already have some experience as a Paralegal?|You have a bachelor degree in Belgian Law?

Fluent language skills in Dutch and English (must have), French is a plus
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Paralegal, with a focus on company law
In-depth knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and relevant regulations
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to complex situations
Responsibility, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
