Our client is a global industrial technology leader, known for delivering cutting-edge automation and process solutions to a wide range of industries. With a strong footprint in Belgium and a commitment to field excellence, they are now looking to strengthen their local service leadership team.You will report directly to the Service Operations Director and your main responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of field service engineers across Belgium and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Organizing and monitoring preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and system upgrades on customer sites
  • Coordinating service resources based on customer priorities and contractual obligations
  • Acting as escalation point for major technical or service-related issues
  • Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring responsive and professional field support
  • Working closely with the sales and project teams to support service-based opportunities and technical consultations
  • Managing service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer feedback, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field operations
  • Supporting the development and continuous training of your team
  • Contributing to service process improvement and strategic growth of the service offering

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in field service or technical operations within an industrial company
  • Prior experience managing service teams or field engineers is a strong asset
  • Ability to work in French and in English
