With a strong footprint in Belgium and a commitment to field excellence, they are now looking to strengthen their local service leadership team.You will report directly to the Service Operations Director and your main responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of field service engineers across Belgium and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery
Organizing and monitoring preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and system upgrades on customer sites
Coordinating service resources based on customer priorities and contractual obligations
Acting as escalation point for major technical or service-related issues
Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring responsive and professional field support
Working closely with the sales and project teams to support service-based opportunities and technical consultations
Managing service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer feedback, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during field operations
Supporting the development and continuous training of your team
Contributing to service process improvement and strategic growth of the service offering

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in field service or technical operations within an industrial company
Prior experience managing service teams or field engineers is a strong asset
Ability to work in French and in English
