  • Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform remote diagnostics, identify issues, and determine effective solutions.
  • Must have solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure, antivirus, and backup solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Fortinet, Microsoft, Confluence, Outlook, SentinelOne, NinjaRMM, Acronis, Veeam, Site24x7, Hyper-V, and VMware is required.
  • Help Desk Ticketing: Use a ticketing system to manage and resolve customer requests efficiently.
  • System Management: Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Microsoft 365 & Active Directory: Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations in Microsoft 365 Tenant and Active Directory.
  • Documentation: Create, maintain, and update user guides, technical documentation, and training resources.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide coaching and support to junior Support Specialists.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain organized IT inventory and update asset records using FreshService.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with third-party vendors for advanced support and issue resolution.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Follow the Microsoft learning path provided by the Team Lead and work toward achieving training goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings and team initiatives, contributing to a positive and results-driven environment.
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, antivirus, and backup solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as:
Fortinet, Microsoft 365, Confluence, OutlookSentinelOne, NinjaRMM, Acronis, Veeam, Site24x7Hyper-V, VMware
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required) in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
