You will be responsible for managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, resolving advanced technical issues, and enhancing the end-user experience by ensuring availability, security, and performance of supported applications and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide third-line support for COTS applications and end-user systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android)
Troubleshoot and resolve software, infrastructure, and integration issues
Monitor application performance and maintain operational continuity
Cloud & DevOps
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure and AWS
Administer cloud components, roles, and security (including EntraID group/role management)
Implement and support Kubernetes containers in private cloud environments
Security & Compliance
Support secure access to restricted environments and manage software/hardware compliance
Apply PKI, identity management (OAuth, OIDC, SAML2), and NATO security directives
Collaborate on application accreditation and security audits
Knowledge & Incident Management
Document and update internal knowledge base
Log, track, and resolve incidents in ticketing systems in line with SLAs
Escalate complex cases and follow up until resolution
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to improve service delivery
Clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical users
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Expertise
Strong experience with Windows/Linux server infrastructure, Active Directory, and SQL Server (2016-2022)
Solid knowledge of .NET/C#, Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, REST APIs, and IIS
Experience with cloud deployments and security in Azure and AWS
Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Wolters Kluwer TeamMate, and GENPACT Sequence Kinetics/Cora
Scripting for automation in PowerShell, Bash, or equivalentAnalytical & Organizational
Proven troubleshooting skills for complex systems and environments
Ability to prioritize incidents and manage multiple concurrent tasks
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication (verbal and written); French is a plus
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure
Effective collaborator with a proactive knowledge-sharing attitude
Additional Requirements
Nationality of a NATO member country
Experience working in international/military/civilian hybrid environments is a plus
Work Environment & Conditions
Full-time, 100% on-site in Braine-l'Alleud (occasional remote work possible with approval)
Participation in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and regular status reporting
Must submit a short written report summarizing deliverables after each sprint
May involve short-term travel to other NATO sites (≤2 weeks per trip)
