Our Supply Chain department, a close-knit team of 8 professionals, is at the heart of our operations. We manage the entire logistics flow—from planning and procurement to storage and distribution—and work in close collaboration with customer service, production, and our suppliers to ensure efficiency and excellence.We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Supply Chain Employee to join our day-shift team.Your MissionYour primary goal will be to ensure the timely and efficient transport of our finished products. You will organize and optimize customer deliveries based on production schedules, manage component procurement using SAP, and actively contribute to improving our overall supply chain processes.Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare upcoming shipments by closely following the production schedule.
- Optimize truck loading and delivery routes to maximize efficiency (e.g., grouping by destination, ensuring high fill rates) while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the packaging team to smooth out the delivery schedule and workload.
- Manage all transport-related administrative tasks, including triggering transport requests in our SAP ERP system, liaising with carriers, and preparing all necessary shipping and customs documents.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, escalating any problems that could impact our customers.
- Monitor the supply of components to production lines and ensure item data is correctly maintained in the ERP.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.
- Follow up with suppliers to prevent and address delivery delays.
- Contribute to monthly inventories of finished and in-progress goods.
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent proven experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Experience in the transportation industry, with the ability to assess the fairness of transport costs.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using web-based tools.
- A rigorous, flexible, motivated, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- A true team player with strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
