You will be part of the Data Analytics and HR Solutions team (part of Business Innovation within P&I). Our main task is to deliver transparent and accurate data to P&I teams and business leaders, enable decision making through business intelligence and consistent people analytics insights.Your projectYour role is to support building foundation and contribute to strong employee experiences. For this, your main project will be:PREDICTIVE REPORTING ACCELERATION
  • Further explore and accelerate predictive reporting for the use of P&I internal and business reporting.
  • Intern would have to interact closely with the IT&D Data Analytics team (leads of Snowflake/Data Mesh Pan-e project).
  • Intern to develop knowledge and skills on the M/L and AI models used in TME today. Based on what is available integrate method and tools to apply on P&I reporting use cases.
  • Expand insights using demographics, and listening data. (Correlation of quantitative and qualitative data)
IN-TOUCH COMMS CONTENT OPTIMISATION
  • Study current In-Touch structure with ideal situation in mind
  • Make a proposal on how to optimise content storage and categorisation
  • Explore and make proposal on further automation for maintenance

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • Specialised and or deeply interested in People Analytics, reporting visualisation, Power BI technolgies and or communication to business
  • Passion for data analysys and finding interesting data corelations
  • Experience with Office 365 & Sharepoint (web design)
  • Strong communication skills and interest in connecting with people
  • Driven to self learning
