If so, this job could be for you!Sirris is looking for a manager/senior manager of EDIH projects. In this role, you will bear organisational responsibility for newly awarded contracts for the expansion of the EDIHs in Brussels, Wallonia (and Flanders):You will shape the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the European Digital Innovation Hub - which you will align with the digital transformation goals of the EU and the region - in order to achieve a coherent service offering between various EDIHs in Belgium.You will act as the central link, facilitating collaboration between start-up/scale-up businesses, funding bodies, consortium partners and our internal experts.You will be responsible for all project management, ranging from contract management, monitoring budgets, milestones and KPIs to reporting.You will coordinate the EDIH projects with other programmes and initiatives within Sirris and perform overarching monitoring.Based on a good understanding of technical and business needs, you will identify new opportunities for SMEs that reflect the hub's strategic objectives.You will represent the EDIH and Sirris at regional, national and EU level, coordinate public communication and organise collective partner events (master classes, workshops, learning networks and so on).What do we expect from you?You have a master's degree in engineering.You have acquired substantial experience of digital technologies and have a strong background in digital transformation of processes, products, services and business models.You have an extensive knowledge of technology, enabling you to provide input on digital innovation opportunities in various tech fields.You have at least 10 years of proven experience in managing EU-funded innovation projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, DEP).You can show strategic leadership.You are good at project management, multi-stakeholder communication and networking.You have experience of giving technology- and business-related support to SMEs and have a keen instinct for spotting new business opportunities.You have excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills.You are familiar with the Brussels, Flemish and/or Walloon innovation landscape.You have a command of Dutch or French at mother tongue level with an adequate knowledge of the other national language.
