So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Welding Department, you are responsible for the industrialization of welded assemblies within new engineering projects. You analyze manufacturability, quality, safety, ergonomics, and cost during the concept and design phases, and translate designs into efficient production processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and optimize production processes and layouts
  • Determine tooling costs and investments in collaboration with tool design
  • Translate design into practice and adjust where necessary
  • Organize and participate in PFMEA/DFMEA sessions
  • Integrate new welding technologies and process control tools
  • Analyze data and translate into concrete improvement actions
  • Collaborate with AME colleagues and other departments
Experience Required
  • Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, designer, or in a welding department is a plus
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze welding drawings
  • Knowledge of welding processes and/or CNH products is an advantage
  • Welding skills are an additional asset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
  • Calm under pressure, with a good balance between quality and output
  • Team player with initiative and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Azure DevOps, CAD/CAM or AutoCAD
  • Interest in digitalization and new technologies
