You will make an impact in the following way:You will deliver service projects and provide customer feedback to the sales team and the business unitSolve complex technical challenges with customer installations and follow up regularlyHold technology workshops and give trainings for the customers in our Customer Innovation CenterSupport solution consultants in the development of technical solutions to meet customer requirementsYou will lead proof-of-concepts, factory and site acceptance tests (FAT, SAT) to customers onsite and offsiteWhat you will bring:
  • Education - Engineering graduate in Information Technology or Process Automation
  • Experience - At least 5 years experience in customer service for industrial technologies
  • Technical expertise - Industrial Ethernet and technologies like ICS, IO-Link, and Wireless, ability to diagnose complex network architecture and provide ad-hoc solutions
  • Personality - You exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer interactions, while also demonstrating analytical prowess within a metric-driven environment, adept at translating complex technical information into understandable language for non-technical individuals, responsive to inquiries, challenges, and capable of independent knowledge acquisition
  • Willingness to travel - Around 30-40% of time, most times domestically but some international travel required
  • Language proficiency - Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Fluency in French is highly appreciated.
