Voornaamste opdrachten en taken
Opvolgen en implementeren van wetgeving in verband met veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
Meewerken in het bepalen van gevaren en bijhorende risico's
Adviseren naar de te nemen maatregelen
Opstellen van het jaaractieplan, globaal preventieplan, maandverslagen en het jaarverslag
Voorbereiden en onderhouden van het veiligheids- en milieu managementsysteem (ISO14001 en ISO45001)
Ondersteunen in het verhogen van de veiligheidscultuur in de afdelingen door het organiseren en coördineren van programma's en campagnes
Hiërarchische lijn ondersteunen bij incidentenonderzoek
Maken en geven van trainingen en procedures in het kader van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
Voorbereiden van de administratie van het comité voor preventie en bescherming op het werk
Indienststellingen van nieuwe en aangepaste machines
Opvolgen van de regelgeving in verband met contractanten (vergunningen, inbeslagnames, …)
Samenwerken met productie- en engineeringsteams aan verbeteringen in het kader van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
Samenwerken met de interne preventiedienst van ArcelorMittal Gent
Uitvoeren van de adviezen van de externe milieucoördinator
Rapporteren van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieu gerelateerde items naar de Europese directie
Vereiste vaardigheden
Sterk in verbale en schriftelijke communicatie
Nederlands, Engels
Sterke vaardigheden in probleemoplossing en analyse
Vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken
Kennis van managementsystemen (ISO14001 en ISO45001)
Preventieadviseur niveau1 of niveau2
Universitair diploma of bachelor
