R&D Project Manager

• Evaluate and establish the design and performances of high power defense systems
• Communicate with customers and develop product specifications meeting their requirements
• Project management & ensure management and monitoring of subcontracted tasks
• Development, design and testing of electronics used in defense applications
• Make sure electronics systems meet safety, performance and quality requirements
• Participate in technical reviews

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering (Electronics, Physics or related field)
• Experience with high power radio frequency, electromagnetic or microwave systems
• Experience with HPM and HPRF source testing and evaluation
• Experience with Digital and Analog control systems, power electronics, EMI mitigation techniques
• Project Management experience
• English is needed. French is an asset
