The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our diagnostic imaging software and hardware systems.Objectives of this Role
  • Understand product requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of products through rigorous testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
  • Monitor debugging process results and improve test coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
