KWS is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communication Specialist to lead and shape our marketing efforts across Belgium and Luxembourg. Develop and implement mid- to long-term local marketing strategies, both digital and traditional, including budget planning and performance tracking.
Lead cross-crop marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and brand awareness initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.
Optimize CRM usage (Salesforce) to enhance customer journey, data quality, and digital engagement.
Align marketing and communication strategies with business units and global KWS teams.
Monitor and report on marketing performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal budget use.
Manage internal and external communications across diverse channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
What you bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing, ideally within the agricultural sector.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong background in multi-channel marketing, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and performance marketing.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
Based in Belgium with the ability to work in our office in Tournai regularly.
