You’ll collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform pricing strategies, monitor market trends, and support business decisions that make a real impact.Pricing Strategy & ExecutionDesign and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals.Develop models for pricing and reimbursement of new and existing products.Data Analysis & Market IntelligenceAnalyze sales performance, competitor pricing, and inventory trends.Translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations.Reporting & InsightsDeliver clear, data-driven reports and dashboards to support decision-making.Track KPIs and pricing performance to drive continuous improvement.Collaboration & Change ManagementPartner with internal stakeholders to align global and local pricing policies.Support change initiatives with data analysis and progress monitoring.Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate price records and ensure consistency across models/options.Improve pricing tools and processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.Are you the new colleague we are looking for?Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business intelligence.Knowledge and experience in aftermarket (automotive, equipment, parts) is a must.Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data visualization platforms.A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Language skills: English (mandatory) and any other European language (bonus).
