Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings
Maintain and regularly update calendars and schedules
Handle follow-up for meetings and conferences, including registrations and invitations
Assist in preparing and formatting presentations and other materials
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the smooth organisation of meetings: send out Outlook invitations, track RSVPs, arrange catering, and manage logistics
You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.You have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within an international environment
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Thrives in structured, process-driven environments
Comfortable working within clear procedures and established frameworks
Demonstrates excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
