Define and execute the product strategy for Data & AI offerings.
Align business, technical, and operational teams around shared goals and priorities.
Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities.
Build and maintain a product roadmap that supports both client expectations and company vision.
Present product value and proof-of-concepts to clients and prospects.
Unite cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Cultivate client relationships to support business development.
Lead the creation of the 2026-2028 business plan.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders (technical teams, executive leadership, etc.).
Solid technical background, ideally with architecture-level understanding of Data and AI technologies.
Proven commercial acumen and the ability to clearly articulate the unique value of Data & AI solutions to clients.
A connector who can align stakeholders across departments and business units.
Ideally, an established professional network in Belgium to support business growth.
Fluency in both French and English is essential.
