Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for an Operational Excellence & Digital Coordinator – Blister Products who is proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented to join our Blister team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Walloon Brabant, Belgium.About the roleYou will be at the heart of our continuous improvement and digital transformation journey. You’re going to work closely with production teams to drive operational excellence, lead digital initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and performance.Who you will work withYou will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team within the Packaging Blister department. You’ll collaborate daily with production teams, the Operational Excellence leader, and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.What you will do
  • You will promote a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.
  • You will be responsible for deploying OE tools and digital standards.
  • You will manage digital projects and Smart Factory initiatives.
  • You will facilitate workshops and train teams on OE methodologies.
  • You will analyze and optimize processes using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • You will support and coach teams in 5S, KPIs, and performance reviews.
Interested?For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
Master’s degree in engineering, industrial sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment (pharma, food, production).
  • Green Belt certification is a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of GMP, Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation tools.
