We believe that it's only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support, and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.What the position is about | Role & AgendaThe roleIn order to strengthen our leadership in the area, we have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our vibrant team in Belgium.As Area Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and the commercial consolidation of your assigned area, creating and optimizing commercial opportunities to successfully hit business targets.You will have the chance to act as an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader and boost your people development, who will be the driver of your area business results.You will ensure the perfect execution of company projects and strategy by leveraging on people excellence and leading an engaged and qualified team.This position can be remote (in Flanders or Brussels area) with frequent travel involved.What your agenda will look like
  • Revenue and sales management: you will carry out strategic analysis and forecasts and set area budget and sales targets; you will define area, shop and individual action plans and grant their implementation through store visits, during which you will share goals and monitor KPIs, ensuring sales growth and performance development;
  • People management: you will be responsible for shop personnel's development and performances. As such, you will leverage on store visits to build a capabilities developmental culture, providing coaching and punctual feedback, and fostering team spirit, collaboration and motivation. You will also collaborate with the Sales Director and HR in the recruiting and selection of shop professionals.
  • Resources and workforce planning: based on territory analysis, you will be responsible to ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing to reach the highest performance levels. Based on workforce planning, you will be able to pursue further business growth opportunities and network development in your area.
  • Medical Area Management: you will develop and sustain a solid ENTs (Ear, Nose and Throat Doctors) and General Practitioners network, through regular visits, taking part in industry conferences, ENT staff meetings, and so on.
Who you are | Qualifications & CapabilitiesYour qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor / Master's Degree
  • Previous experience in Sales Area Manager roles (3 years) or background in Field Operations Management
  • Experience in fast-moving, dynamic industries and companies - Retail is a plus
  • Fluent Dutch and English is mandatory. French language skills would be really appreciated.
  • Available for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
