- Produce materials and services related to Health Economics Outcomes Research, such as health technology assessment submissions, quantitative and qualitative research, health economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and value communication reports and publications, all aimed at generating value for our clients.
- Develop and/ or adapt cost-effectiveness and budget impact models
- Ensure timely completion of projects or project components for clients in the life sciences field.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, such as setting up and conducting expert (Delphi) panels.
- Write health technology assessment submissions, conduct HTA research, and produce reports providing strategic advice to clients on pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
- Provide support in the design and execution of real-world studies, such as retrospective and prospective studies
- Analyze, interpret, report, and present qualitative and quantitative real-world data for deliverables.
- Draft scientific reports and proposals, and prepare abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts related to health economics and RWE projects for scientific conferences or journals.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse range of peers, project managers, and subject matter experts.
- Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities and contribute to the business development process.
- Strong numeracy and quantitative skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and/ or statistical packages (e.g., Stata, R).
- Ability to tackle loosely defined problems analytically and apply pragmatic and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You can explain complex topics in simple terms, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong desire to work in a consulting environment and help clients find solutions to their problems.
- Preferred: Master's degree in health science, epidemiology, (health) economics, mathematics, or statistics with 1-3 years of experience.
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in health science, epidemiology, (health) economics, mathematics, or statistics with 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; with Dutch or French as a plus.
