- Building lists of potential clients by scraping websites, LinkedIn profiles, directories, and partner websites
- Contributing to market researches to identify relevant industries, prospects and client needs
- Supporting cold outreach efforts through cold emailing and cold calling
- Post-event follow-up with leads (emailing, scheduling meetings)
- Gathering insights from internal documents and tools to enrich client profiles and improve sales pitches
- Extracting and interpreting key KPIs (e.g. industry trends, lead conversion rates)
- Keeping our CRM system up to date with clean, accurate data
- Assisting in offer writing and sales presentation creation (slides)
- Helping identify high-potential leads (“hunting”) and segmenting targets
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies
- Dutch (preferred), Fluent in French and English
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Management, Business Engineering, Marketing or equivalent
- Research skills – ability to gather and synthesize information about markets, clients and needs
- Sales hacker “sell me this pen” with a geek touch (tech know-how)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Autonomy and proactivity : an independent mindset
- Comfortable with cold emailing and cold calling
- Data analysis mindset – able to interpret KPIs and generate insights
- Multitasking and time-management abilities
- Available for a period of 3 to 9 months
- Internship must be part of an official academic program (school/university agreement
- Knowledge of / or experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools
- First experience in sales, business development or lead generation
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
- Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot or similar platforms
- Familiarity with slide-making tools (Canvas, Google Slides, AI tools, etc.)
