As part of IFS, we’ll guide you to becoming a vital contributor in providing our colleagues and clients the best possible experience at PwC.Your impactAs a paralegal, you’ll make an impact by:Providing legal support and assistance in all stages of the legal life cycle of the different legal entities of the PwC network in Belgium.Conducting legal research and analysis on various (corporate) law matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and corporate policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Preparing and maintaining corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes of the shareholders’ meetings, and shareholder agreements.Supporting in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate finance.Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant authorities, such as publication in the Belgian Official Gazette.Assist in managing and organising legal documentation, maintaining an efficient filing system, and ensuring confidentiality and data security.Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing (corporate) calendars.Staying up-to-date on changes in (company) law and relevant regulations.About youA Bachelor's degree in Belgian LawMinimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Paralegal, with a focus on company law.In-depth knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and relevant regulations.Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to complex situations.Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. including working with IT toolsResponsibility, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.You're a team playerMaturity and versatility to take charge of both administrative and legal aspectsFluent language skills in Dutch, English and FrenchLife at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
