Lead product development from identifying needs and initial concept through design, supplier selection, prototyping, development, production, and product launch.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, engineering, procurement, and design teams.
Develop bespoke products and solutions within flow control.
Influence commercial strategy and ensure product viability in the market.
What We’re Looking ForEssential Experience:
Expertise with pumps, seals, valves, filters, and tanks
Engineering background (Design, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Project, Industrial, or Manufacturing)
Proven track record managing products from concept to launch.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product impact.
Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 30% across Germany, UK, Netherlands, and France)
