This role focuses on training, mentoring, evaluating, and hands-on support to ensure effective and compliant BIM implementation.You will work in a small, multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting people, processes, and technologies, fostering collaboration, and embedding standards across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Support & Coaching:Assist in implementing new project roles and deliverables (BEP, EIR, etc.)Review software usage to ensure compliance with ISO 19650 (Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud)Process Assessment & Recommendations:Update process assessments and propose new initiatives based on cost-benefit analysisContribute to implementing new deliverables for complianceRequirements:Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil EngineeringIn-depth knowledge of ISO 19650-1 & 2Proven experience with BIM processes using Revit (or Civil 3D) & Autodesk Construction CloudMinimum 2 years’ experience in the last 3 years on an ISO 19650 compliance project5–9 years of relevant professional experienceNice to Have:Knowledge of other Autodesk tools (Navisworks, Vault) or similar AEC softwareSoft Skills:Excellent communication, precision, and autonomyComfortable working in multidisciplinary teamsAbility to maintain a helicopter view and structure complex informationStrong customer focus, curiosity, and adaptabilityWhat We Offer
