As Product Owner, you will lead the development and enhancement of integration solutions between our client's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and their customers' systems. Acting as the central liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, you will ensure that integration solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic business objectives.As a Product Owner at our client's organization, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
Define Product Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Gather and Prioritize Requirements based on business needs and integration capabilities
Communicate Effectively across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout development cycles
Monitor Performance and promote continuous improvement of integration processes and tools
Provide Integration Expertise on EDI/API design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Document Solutions and support the creation of training materials for users and support teams
Manage Suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of integration components
Oversee Projects and Change Requests related to integration capabilities and customer onboarding

Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Proficient in English & Dutch
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a tech or integration-focused environment
Solid understanding of EDI and API technologies
Experience with ERP and WMS systems is highly beneficial
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Azure DevOps
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
