- Planning and preparing meetings and booking of meeting rooms
- Receiving and giving first-line advice to people who come to the HR desk with questions
- Keeping stock and managing orders
- Clearing paper archives and assisting in the further digitization of the archives
- Keeping track of the number of leavers per week and collecting material from leavers, answering questions and forwarding to the right department
- Preparing welcome package for new joiners
- Going through and distributing mail for the HR department
- Occasionally translating short texts from NL to FR or ENG or vice versa
- Helping out with admin tasks of colleagues when needed
- Providing support to the communications manager for internal HR communications: mainly intranet content management and creating/sending out talent updates
- Managing incoming requests for train tickets
- Providing support for all questions related to our internal mobility
- A Bachelor or a Master degree
- Professional experience in a complex & international company is an asset but not required
- An excellent level of Dutch, French and English (spoken and written);
- A thorough command of MS Office;
- You are a true team player, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
- Excellent communication skills
- Finally, but definitely not lastly, you have strong organizational skills
