We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional for our European Distribution Center to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and help attract top talent to our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategiesManage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidatesPost job openings on relevant platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)Proactively source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events)Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviewsProvide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics and hiring progressEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the processSupport employer branding and diversity hiring initiativesStay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitmentCollaborate with HR and hiring managers on workforce planning and forecastingRequirements:Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR functionFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searchExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple open roles and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and a data-driven mindsetUnderstanding of employment laws and best practices in hiringPreferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting across multiple geographies or functionsBackground in both agency and in-house recruitment (a plus)About Skechers Skechers (NYSE: SKX), a global, Fortune 500® brand develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
