This entry-level role is crucial for maintaining data quality and ensuring compliance with our standards across various platforms.The opportunityAs our new Product Data Administrator, you will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to collect, organize, and maintain product data. You will play a key role in monitoring and improving data quality, assisting in data preparation for portfolio processes, and learning to use our master data systems.Key responsibilities
Support the daily operation of PIM/DAM (Product Information Management/Digital Asset Management).
Collect, organize, and maintain product data in collaboration with various departments.
Monitor and improve data quality across platforms, ensuring compliance with standards for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Assist in data preparation for portfolio processes such as New Product Introduction (NPI) and Operational Product Review (OPR), using SAP as the master data source.
ProfileWhat you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Less than 2 years of experience in product data or digital asset management (internship or entry-level role is acceptable).
Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of data management principles.
Collaborative mindset, able to coordinate with multiple departments.
Working knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
Willingness to learn system tools (e.g., PIM/DAM, SAP).
Good knowledge of Dutch and English, sufficient for communication via email and MS Teams.
Ability to spot irregularities and inconsistencies in written texts in other languages (German, Danish, Swedish, Polish, Slovak, Italian, or Norwegian).
