You'll be at the forefront of business development efforts, strategically positioning Odoo as the go-to choice for payroll agencies seeking to evolve and digitalize their payroll services.
Implementing Odoo: Analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and configure workflows to streamline payroll processes and enhance efficiency for payroll agencies.
Partner Management: Actively support the growth of Odoo's partner network, empowering payroll agencies to become certified Odoo Experts in payroll.
Training: Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities as a Payroll Expert through specialized knowledge and continuous training, both internally and externally.
Product Improvement: Your job has a real impact! Collaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback, and take part in the Odoo Experience, our annual flagship event.
Business Development: Work with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen Odoo's reputation in payroll solutions. Participate in events such as Roadshows, Academies, Fairs, school classes, and workshops to showcase Odoo's Payroll advantages and capabilities.

During your initial weeks, you'll be immersed in projects with the support of experienced colleagues, undergoing a four-month onboarding in our Quickstart team to gain exposure to diverse implementation projects such as HR, Marketing, Logistics, and more. When joining your final team, by consistently delivering exceptional value and service to payroll agencies, you'll solidify Odoo's position as the preferred choice, ensuring that when payroll agencies think about payroll software, they think of Odoo.Must Have
Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll
Experience in a Payroll Agency
Fluent in French and English
Valid work permit for Belgium
