We are looking for an experienced PHP Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level training and learning management systems. This role includes hands-on development, technical leadership, and cloud deployment expertise.What You'll Do
Develop and optimize PHP applications (data, business logic, UI layers).
Lead development teams and guide software best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and support applications (2nd & 3rd line).
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance usability and deliver high-quality software.
Produce technical and user documentation, estimate development effort, and manage deliverables.
What We're Looking For
ICT degree (Level 6) and minimum 4 years IT experience.
2+ years project experience in a similar role.
PHP expert with frontend skills (JS/ES6, CSS, Bootstrap) and cloud deployment experience.
Experience with Scrum/agile and UML software design.
Problem-solving mindset, effective documentation, and leadership capabilities.
At least 1 recognized software development certification.
Bonus Skills
Experience in 3+ successful PHP projects.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/MSSQL and enterprise-level software systems.
