- Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles)
- Supporting the customer throughout the entire buying and selling process including after-sales activities (via phone, emails and chat)
- Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions
- Negotiating between buyers and sellers
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French
- Any additional European language is a plus
- You are computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM programs such as Sales Force or you are a fast learner
- You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate
- You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit
- You are goal oriented and you enjoy supporting your clients
- You are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- You are open to work at the office 3 days per week
