- Elevate and grow internal communications that engages people and aligns with Ontex's business strategy & priorities.
- Develop strategies and execute internal communications plans that connect Ontex's leaders and employees, engages them in Ontex's business and keeps them informed and inspired.
- Act as a business partner for Strategy and HR communications, with focus on the Ontex strategy, culture, purpose and other people priorities

- Oversee the development and evaluation (including user adoption, user experience, content publishing and data analytics) of the corporate internal channels, a.o. the corporate intranet.
- Build internal communication capabilities across organization (EMC, ELT, People Managers, Function Leaders), incl. the creation of pragmatic communication guidelines and tools for leaders, coaching and support.
- Copywriting of all corporate internal messaging such as quarterly updates, inspirational news articles, CEO speeches and written messages, strategic announcements … ensuring that all content speaks to the internal audiences, is correct, current and relevant.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in communication or public relations or equivalent by experience.
- +8 years of progressive experience within corporate internal communications, with demonstrated success in leading and implementing comprehensive communication strategy and plans and event management.
- Change communications and crisis communications management experience required.
- Experience in stock-listed companies of comparable scope and scale (multiple sites across Europe and North America with a mix of blue and white collar employees).
- Knowledge of Sharepoint and new communication technologies and tools (eg. AI, Adobe Creative, Canva, video editing) is a plus
- Fluency (written and oral) in English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and gravitas.
- Business acumen and keen interest in representing all stakeholders when building and implementing communications plans and initiatives.
- Great storytelling and written communications skills across a wide range of platforms. English copywriting required.
- Strong project management expertise, with experience managing multiple workstreams, various stakeholders, tight deadlines and changing requirements.
