- You hold a master's degree in industrial or civil engineering, specialising in electricity, electromechanics, control & automation or a similar field, and you are interested in the development of the grid in general and substations in particular.
- You have an analytical mind and excellent judgement.
- You are assertive and can objectively summarise and align any differing views of individual experts.
- You have a highly developed sense of initiative and can work independently.
- You work well as part of a team, have good interpersonal skills, are persuasive and are able to get messages across clearly, both orally and in writing.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the other language and ideally also of English. You are able to communicate and give presentations in both Dutch and French.
- Salary: a competitive salary package, allowance for representation expenses, year-end bonus, double vacation pay, meal vouchers (€8 per working day), eco-vouchers, year-end vouchers as well as bonuses based on individual and group results.
