- Manage reception, mail, stock, building access, and keys
- Support office logistics, including meetings and town hall organization
- Oversee company car fleet administration
- Provide practical and administrative support to the Mechelen team
- Assist colleagues with HR and office processes
- Support internal communications, team engagement initiatives, and office events
- Handle onboarding and offboarding administration (equipment, access, welcome activities)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and handling changing priorities in office administration and HR support
- Experience in a similar busy office role, or another fast-paced environment such as hospitality, where managing multiple stakeholders is the norm
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident in setting boundaries and prioritizing tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., Personio)
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required
- A part-time position (20 hours per week) with set hours and flexibility for occasional events
