- Lead the neurodegeneration global HTA & Payer sub-team.
- Develop and execute global access, pricing, payer evidence, and policy strategies as an important pillar of the global asset strategy.
- Coordinate and consolidate payer-related input to support resourcing proposals and decisions.
- Ensure alignment of access and pricing assumptions with the target product profile.
- Champion UCB’s leadership in equitable access and policy in the asset’s therapeutic area.
- Act as a key partner and thought leader to the Asset Team and Global Payer Portfolio Community.
- Educated to at least MD, PharmD, or graduate level in life sciences or economics; PhD and MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in designing global/regional price & access strategies.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead by influence.
- Strong business and analytic skills.
- Excellent communication skills at various levels across the organization.
- Strong understanding of international and cultural differences.
