Job OverviewTo assist department Director in developing department strategy and team building for our Clinical eSource Solution; to ensure a high standard of service to clients and develop strategies in alignment with departmental objectives; manage key client relationships; manage direct reports.Essential FunctionsEnsure consistent and outstanding quality against department deliverables.Manage customer relationships and lead the teams towards successfully achieving customer deliverables.Track and supervise project progress, identifying and evaluating project risks throughout the project life cycle and taking advice from senior management on corrective action as appropriate.Ensure all deliverables for a given sponsor are to the expected quality standards.Manage escalations appropriately and keep leadership within the business unit fully informed of any project issues that may impact the quality and/or timeliness of project delivery to the customers satisfactionLead departmental and company Projects and Initiatives.Conduct capacity planning.Assist the Business Development team with RFP(Request for proposal)/RFI (request for information) review for assigned accounts, working closely with the internal teams and the client.Oversee forecast, backlog and projections for existing account and for direct reports; complete forecasting for existing accounts.Manage staff in accordance with organizations policies and guidelines. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters for reportees.QualificationsBachelor's Degree Life sciences or related discipline10 years of relevant experience, including experience establishing and managing a high-quality department/core teamEquivalent combination of education, training and experienceEarly Phase trial experience required, preferrably within a CRO or Pharma Phase I unitPrevious experience integrating and adopting software solutions, particularly eSource or EDC systemsData management or computer systems validation experience advantageousGood team leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic Knowledge of computers preferably Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office WordAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsPlease use the below link for job application and quicker response.
