Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Digital Workplace Services team, based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Digital Workplace Services Lead.Ensure the quality of the delivery of service by the DWS team by establishing a clear service management framework, including the necessary assets (Service Catalogues, Service Delivery framework).The Service Delivery Manager will be the main contact point, with regards to operational matters, for all internal and external partners whom DWS is engaged, either as a service provider or a service consumer. He will establish and maintain a contact reporting and communication channels to all such parties to create transparency on operational quality, setup clear reporting to measure the necessary quality and operational KPIs and ensure appropriate actions are proposed to solve any instance/issue where quality or operations could be impacted.The Service Delivery Manager also assists the team internally in establishing the necessary best practices to ensure measurable quality and is the champion of continuous improvement of the services.   • Responsible for designing and improving service delivery management of the DWS team
  • Monitor and measure the service delivery, service quality, performance and the agreed service levels of the Digital Workplace Services, and report on key metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure that policies, processes, procedures and documentation are in place to
support the service delivery * Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, and ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded
  • Assess and lead operational improvements between our internal (off shore team) and external stakeholders (eg. vendors)
  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships and governance for the Digital Workplace to assure stable and cost-efficient services.
  • Managing and coordinating requests for resources. Those resources may include people, environments, hardware and software licences.
  • Apply the validated governance model of the UCB Strategic Vendor Management initiative.​
