And our way of working smarter.Within DESIGN Chapter Area, the Conversational Design team creates the dialogues of the Proximus Digital Assistant (chat and voicebot), improves customer user experience and responds to the digital needs of today's customer.As Senior Conversational Designer NL, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the implementation and delivery of conversational bots (chat+voice).You will be:
  • responsible for creating and optimising dialogues;
  • monitoring and analysing conversation logs;
  • creating conversations in Dutch;
  • later implementing dialogues in our conversation management platform Google Dialogflow CX;
  • train our bots to better understand what end-users say (in collaboration with AI specialists).
As a Senior Conversational Designer, your work will be used in both sales and after-sales contexts for different customer segments. We are looking for people with a strong affinity for digital customer needs, who are customer-centric and have a flexible, positive attitude, especially in relation to change and digital transformation.You will fill this role for about 60% of your time.In addition, you will be Conversational Content Guild for 40% of your time. As a Guild in conversational content design
  • you determine the vision of your conversational content design discipline in our chapter area;
  • you are the reference for conversational content design within Proximus, partly to maintain consistency in the WoW;
  • you lift the other Conversational Designers to a higher level by teaching them expertise in techniques, methods and innovative matters. You follow the market trends within your domain, do benchmarks and follow gurus or other experts within your domain where necessary so that you continue to inspire your Guild members;
  • you coach new Conversational Designers or Designers who want to do t-shaping, you also take care of their onboarding.
Together with the other Guild leads and some CoE Leads, you form the Design Ops at Proximus. Together, you ensure that structural initiatives within design take shape and are delivered so that every Designer and squad within Proximus can reuse them.As Guild Lead, you are also a member of the management team of the larger Design Chapter Area within Proximus. Together with your colleagues (other Guilds, Chapter Owners & CoE Leads) and your Chapter Area Lead, you define and bring to life the vision and strategy of the entire Design Chapter Area at Proximus.Your ProfileRequired competences
  • excellent written/editorial and verbal skills in Dutch & English, French is a plus
  • very good communication skills
  • proactivity and self-direction
  • proven experience with configuring/setting up interactions in conversational bots (chat+voice)
  • demonstrable experience with digital communication (chat, messaging, social media...) in a professional context
  • experience with voice messaging is a plus (design for voice IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant...)
  • experience of working in an agile context
  • ability to work under pressure.
