For a company specializing in various types of grain processing, we are looking for a process operator. ‍Your tasks:Quality Control: You will perform various tests during your shift, such as checking weight, conducting sieve tests, and inspecting the hulling of wheat.Operating process lines via PC: You will control up to 2 process lines per person and make basic adjustments to the lines (simple operations).Cleanliness and order: During your shift, you are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness. The company maintains a very clean environment and wishes to keep it that way.This includes industrial cleaning, such as blowing out machines with a compressor, organizing tools or materials, and keeping control rooms tidy.Troubleshooting: If malfunctions occur, you will work together with a fellow process operator to resolve them.We are looking for someone with motivation and drive.

Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren. Technische hulp verlenen aan operatoren Rapporten opstellen over de productie en incidenten. Toezicht houden op de parameters van een productielijn vanuit een controlekamer en indien nodig aanpassen. Stalen nemen van stoffen of producten, een referentie geven en voor analyse registreren. Productiegegevens van installaties opvolgen, analyseren en bijsturen. Gegevens voor productieopvolging registreren De informatie doorgeven aan de betrokkenen. De toevoer van machines of installaties en de doorstroming van grondstoffen of producten controleren. De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...). De staat en de netheid van de toestellen (weegschaal, maalmachine, kookkuip, ovens, ...) en van de werkpost controleren en onderhoudenA solid training program
As a process operator, you will learn everything step by step. For approximately three months, you will work alongside an experienced colleague. Gradually, you will be given more and more responsibility until you can work fully independently. If a problem or doubt arises, you can easily call a fellow colleague for support.Company culture
