Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Information Technology team, based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Digital Workplace Technology LeadAbout The RoleThe Digital Workplace Technology Lead, focusing on Business Application & Employee Experience Squads, will drive the development and delivery of innovative solutions using various technology domains within a global user experience framework. Responsibilities include defining and executing vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the squads, managing team performance and cost efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and Microsoft 365 integration.In solution delivery, the role involves staying updated on industry trends, understanding business strategy, managing stakeholders, and prioritizing end-user experience. Proficiency in incident management and problem analysis is essential. The role influences strategic plan implementation, educates on technology ecosystems, and shares knowledge with colleagues. Communication involves handling squad/project communications, reporting to IT management, and delivering presentations.Accountability extends to cost awareness, cost control, and optimization initiatives related to the squad/project. This role operates globally, collaborating closely with Digital Workplace squad leads, product owners, stakeholders, and end users to drive impactful technological solutions aligned with business goals.What You’ll Do
  • Lead the Business Application & Employee Experience Squad, fostering a culture of agility, expertise, innovation, and excellence among developers, analysts, and architects.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery using Microsoft 365 technology, including Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, security, scalability, and usability standards, aligning with Microsoft and organizational best practices.
  • Collaborate with other squad leads, stakeholders, and customers to understand needs and provide value-added solutions enhancing the global user experience.
  • Develop and manage the squad's project budget, resources, risks, and progress reporting.
  • Align squad goals and roadmap with Microsoft 365 trends and end-user needs, providing strategic leadership and direction to a diverse team.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
  • Master’s degree
  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT (regulatory) environment.
  • Demonstrates experience in leading and managing teams within the Microsoft domain, including direct collaboration with Microsoft.
  • Developed in-depth expertise in the Microsoft cloud technology landscape, encompassing Office 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
  • Successfully defined and executed technology strategies and roadmaps within international companies.
  • Exhibits excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, thriving in international, cross-functional, and agile environments.
  • Expertise extends to Knowledge Management, User Experience Design, and Enterprise Information Portal, with additional experience as a Solution Architect or within the GenAI technology domain being advantageous.
