Our client is a leading strategic consulting firm specializing in public affairs. Based in Spain, Portugal, and Brussels.We are currently seeking an Office Assistant for the Brussels office (located next to the Parliament).Responsibilities:
  • Position located at the reception desk (handling visitors, clients, and suppliers).
  • Managing the agenda of the assigned director.Coordinating with other Office Assistants in the other offices (Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon).
  • Drafting, processing, and organizing postal or electronic correspondence.
  • Meeting rooms (preparation, organization, supervision).
  • Managing travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, hotels, and other logistical needs of the team in coordination with an external agency.
  • Organizing and managing corporate events and meetings.
  • Organization and coordination of catering.
  • Receiving and directing phone calls.Expense management.
  • Managing corporate materials for clients, suppliers, and the team.
  • Drafting, controlling, and monitoring internal procedures.
  • Supporting various teams in associated tasks.
Education:Mid-level degree.Languages (mandatory):Native Spanish.English C1.French (professional level).We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and a strong desire to build a career within a growing company.
