Payroll administration and salary optimization
Mobility and cafeteria plan

Process improvements and HR optimization initiatives
You will be given a high level of autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping and improving HR operations, working closely with both the HR team and management.Profiel
3 to 5 years of experience in payroll or a similar HR role
Solid knowledge of Belgian payroll (knowledge of Dutch payroll is a strong plus, or willingness to learn)
Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to think critically and challenge the status quo
Resilient and persistent, even in challenging situations
Able to work independently, while also being a true team player
Proactive, solution-driven, eager to learn and improve
Fluent in English (company language)
