- Be accountable for the AI strategy and execution for Enterprise in Europe
- Be accountable for the Manufacturing segment strategy and execution for Enterprise in Europe
- Contribute to a significant Pipeline growth Plan around AI DataCenter & Manufacturing
- Act as a virtual team leader to drive the strategy for AI market, by leveraging the best technical knowledge & sales support, around your guidance and motivation
- Drive the strategy along with sales to ensure that the sales approach is coordinated, targeted to the portfolio, and is bringing success and motivation to rapidly grow
- Improve constantly your skills, on networking technologies, as well as customer applications to be recognized as a reference in the European market
- Develop relationship with target accounts / prospects / partners and promote / drive demand generation initiative for Dedicated Spectrum for segments
- Define the Short Term Sales targets on non covered areas to be executed by the Sales Teams
- Be part of the “One voice” of Large Entreprise Segment and Data Center needs in the region to the Business Groups for business & features requirements
- Steer global and regional marketing activities within Europe for these segments
- Build marketing material including References, Best Practices and “To go” deck
- Build Competitive analysis and Ecosystem analysis and recommendations on Partners (With/To/Through)
- Identify and lead all EU initiatives or European Project that could be of interest to Nokia NI . Coordinate all stakeholders to secure appropriate answer, country content etc…
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technology background or experience. MBA could be an asset
- 6+ years of relevant and progressive experience in the ICT or Data Center domain, either in the Telecom sector or in other industry sectors with heavy adoption of Telecom solutions
- Fluent in English & ability to integrate multinational and cross-functional teams. Any additional European Language such as French, German, Spanish is a plus
- Leadership, Strategy consulting capabilities, Customer Focus, and strong business Acumen
- Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and to customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Strong interest in the Enterprise market and its different industries and their potential changes with the technology
- Understands the challenges of the Data Center industry
- Experience in Driving “Important Projects of Common European Interest” or any EU Initiatives
- Travel: Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
