Get hands-on experience with BlueConic, learning how to manage customer profiles, unify data from multiple sources, and build dynamic audience segments. Discover how CDPs enable personalized marketing and support omnichannel strategies.Explore Digital Marketing & Loyalty Strategy:
Gain insight into how brands like Kipling build and nurture customer relationships. Learn how lifecycle marketing, retention campaigns, and loyalty programs are designed, executed, and optimized.Develop Data-Driven Thinking:
Strengthen your analytical skills by interpreting customer behavior and campaign performance. Learn how to turn data into actionable insights that inform marketing and e-commerce strategies.Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with digital marketing, customer experience (CX), brand, and central analytics teams.
