You'll take charge of legacy WebSphere infrastructure, ensuring its stability while driving a strategic migration to a modern IBM Liberty private cloud solution.You will play a key role in:
Maintaining and enhancing a transversal WebSphere ND environment
Designing and implementing the migration path to a Liberty-based cloud platform
Collaborating across teams, including developers, architects, service providers, and platform engineers
Ensuring alignment with enterprise technology roadmaps and delivering a future-proof platform
Your Responsibilities
Provide expert-level run and change support for WebSphere environments
Coordinate with infrastructure suppliers and development teams on cloud migration
Drive the platform vision in collaboration with architecture and technology stakeholders
Support mission-critical systems and work in a secure, high-availability production environment
Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere ND (BASE) and IBM Liberty (v20 or higher)
Strong knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Java-based applications, and TLS/SSL
Solid experience with Red Hat Linux, networking, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven expertise in monitoring JVM performance
Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, Continuous Deployment, Disaster Recovery, and security best practices
Bonus: experience with Terraform, Ansible Tower, CaaS, Java, ServiceNow
Languages
Fluent English (mandatory)
