Tasks
  • Define requirements & oversee setup of temporary hangars; ensure safety & regulatory compliance (BCAA, EASA, BAC)
  • Support procurement & contract negotiations
  • Lead future hangar project: scope, feasibility, permits, design input, construction monitoring
  • Align with safety, quality & budget standards
  • Develop external partnerships for Line Maintenance; manage tenders & supplier selection
  • Coordinate CAMO & Network/OCC for operational launch
  • Ensure technical & cost control; validate assumptions, analyze costs, monitor budget
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders; ensure smooth operations & clear communication
  • Contribute to project management & continuous improvement across M&E initiatives

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience in aviation/MRO
  • Proven experience managing aviation infrastructure projects and/or outsourcing initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of P145 maintenance requirements and EASA/BCAA regulations
  • Excellent project planning, risk management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Financial acumen: cost analysis, budgeting, and contract negotiation
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch and/or French is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; AMOS knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working with airport authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Familiarity with CAMO oversight and line maintenance operations
  • Background in managing temporary facilities or large-scale construction projects
