- You develop training & training strategies: Create comprehensive training strategies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements. This includes identifying skill gaps and developing tailored programs to address these needs;
- You evaluate Training Effectiveness: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, quizzes, and observing job performance, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes;
- You manage various Training Programs: you oversee a diverse range of training programs, including H&S, operations training, soft skills training and leadership development. This includes planning, organizing, and monitoring these programs to ensure they meet our quality standards and operational needs;
- You administer our e-learning platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and effective;
- You provide support to the organization in utilizing this platform, maximizing its potential as a training tool. Providing reports/documentation as needed for the group or auditors;
- You manage the administration of our training programs from start to finish. This encompasses coordinating schedules, tracking participant progress, and ensuring all training activities are documented and reported accurately;
- You follow-up on training fundings (Cevora, VoV) and the federal learning account obligations;
- You follow up on the latest L&D trends and report on your findings;
- You produce engaging online learning materials and activities, including the development of The Academy Online offer, championing innovative learning solutions, formats, and optimization of the LMS features;
- You help with the administration of learning dashboards and production of learning reports;
- Talent Development: coordination of all F2F and Online Academy initiatives, live online learning sessions set-up, onsite animations, virtual activity moderation, coordination, speaker booking, invitations, enrollment, communications, and reporting;
- You handle the administration linked to our Performance tool;
- You help manage company-related events such as the Annual Sales Conference, HR Conferences, HQ parties etc.);
- You support the HR team with organizing employee engagement activities/events and team events;
- You support the employer branding projects (posters, gadgets, incentives) and HR projects.
- You are the main internal communication point of contact for all Operations and Support Centers;
- You assist with the optimization of the internal communication channels and format;
- You support the L&D Manager with change management activities and change communications;
- You assure translations and are the first point of contact of our translation agencies.
- You take ownership and produce content for intranet and for the communication screens at the Brussels office;
- You manage the issuing of internal communication emails such as staff announcements, reports, policy changes, ad hoc alerts.
- You are creative, you dare to think outside of the box;
- You are a strong communicator;
- You have excellent writing skills;
- You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch. Any other market language is considered a plus;
- You ae highly organized and service minded with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
- You possess broad instructional design skills, solid knowledge of at least one Learning Management System, visual design skills (Photoshop, Canva) and ability to storyboard, and video editing;
- You are an administrative octopus;
- You are tech-savvy and feel at ease working with different L&D or HR systems;
- You have a problem-solving attitude;
- You show flexibility and are open to change;
- You can work independently and complete work to deadlines;
- You work effectively as a team member.
