Our client is looking for an IT PMO to join its team and collaborate with multiple Project Manager within their organization to accompany the Transformation Roadmap in place.As a PMO, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :
Assist project managers and business owners in keeping projects aligned with defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Guide project managers in applying the appropriate methodologies, templates, and tools to ensure effective and standardized project execution.
Evaluate project budget proposals and oversee the monitoring and reporting of the annual project portfolio budget.
Coordinate resource planning across departments to maximize the efficient use of both internal and external resources.
Act as the central point of contact for all new project proposals and initiatives.
Deliver consistent and timely reporting on project progress, milestones, and overall status.

At least 5 years experience in a PMO role
At least Bachelor level or equivalent by experience
Ability to analyse current business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Ability to make / analyse business cases.
Ability to work with PowerPoint and Excel.
Perfect command of English with a working knowledge of Dutch and French.
