In this position you will support the IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure for the 3 sites in Belgium (Diegem, Sint-Truiden and Verviers), ensuring the utilization of Hardware, Software and Communication Systems are consistent with the Global IT strategy. Support the appropriate level of service for all 3 sites in Belgium (physical presence is needed) for a centrally provided and maintained IT Infrastructure for: server, clients, printers and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access and required components), voice communication (local and remote);
Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management - including hardware lifecycle management and software licensing;
Manage system and data access in collaboration with Service Desk;
Update and maintain relevant IT documentation;
Ensure optimum support for end-users at all times within agreed service levels.

A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Affinity and experience in IT paired with experience in a customer focused role, ensuring customer satisfaction
English and Dutch/ Flemish language proficiency
Driving license
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Several years of relevant experience within a complex environment, offering support on IT infrastructure
Working experience with Windows OS 10, IP networking administration services, security and compliance tools
French language skills
Driving license
